Great! This is a tool I've wanted for quite a while. It seems to be doing what it's supposed to, but with an interesting quirk that's probably not a plugin issue at all, but rather one related to your history web service. Consider this node: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/256435531/history Conveniently for test purposes, it is still at version 1, and the creating mapper has (though only recently) accepted the CT. So given that the status of data will be changing fairly swiftly, how long should we expect it to take before the history service notices a new acceptance?
