Hi Alex On Linux I would simply copy the preference folder (.josm) but you seem to be on Windows.
I am not really sure but I thought on Windows all josm related files are in a folder and its subfolder. On Linux I have an extra subfolder "plugins" and styles/presets are in the subfolder "cache". Another options is to export all or selected parts of your preferences under the advanced preferences in a file which you can import through command line options on startup.
