Works like a charm, at least in my first test :-)
Note: For an offline tool it is probably a good idea to replace some of
the automatic links as well, e.g. the startup page could point to a local
HTML file telling "Offline version of HOT project" or something like this.
Same for plugins, presets, maps, ...
Most of these should already be configurable in advanced prefs. If any are
missing, simply ask.
