Hi,
I would like to make a comment here.Simply being born
as a Catholic and being baptised will not help us in
being born-again.
I would like to share my personal experience. Being
born in a catholic family i was baptised. I do believe
that i became a whole self then. But then i had no
personal touch with god inspite of my parents efforts.
i must have been a good person coz my parents always
corrected me when i was wrong and i was ready to obey
them. It was only long after that my inner-self could
accept the death of Jesus on the cross for our sins
and also that he was my personal Saviour. And now i
have the urge to follow all sacrements of the Church
because of my self urge. The church has set rules for
us so that we don't go the wrong way. But if we can
follow all these rules not beacuse they are set by the
church but they have been given to us by Jesus , it is
then the real happiness comes.
And please beleive-You don't have to belong to the
Born-Again Sect to be a born-again. I had written my
views on this in an earlier mail.
