Just sharing one of the moments when the good God gave His soothing touch in a time of distress. Due to certain reasons the staff of our company has not been paid salaries for around 4 - 5 months and so everybody is in distress. And last Tuesday I felt very uneasy, with a feeling of emptiness not knowing what to do. It is one of those instances you feel you have nowhere to run to for help.
It was then the good Lord called me through my friend to the adoration in church later that evening. My friend said he was going to church for some other engagements and told me of the adoration in church sometime later and that he would give me a lift to church if I was interested. I was hesitant but something in me asked me to go ahead like somebody wanted me there. it was a one hour of adoration. I just stared at the most Holy Lord in the monstrance and i could feel Him consoling me. Telling me not to loose courage, telling me He is greater than the rulers of this world. It was a moment the Lord gives you the feeling that He is a caring God, not one who just creates us and lets go. His love is mysterious. He is an awesome God. He remains faithful even when we start to loose faith. Bless the Almighty, awesome, loving God. Praise and glory and honour be to Him now and forever.
