If I'm running the admin server as user 'jrun', is it safe to assume that all operations the JMC attempts will be performed as if the user 'jrun' were in the shell modifying files manually? Because this isn't the result I get. In fact, I don't even get consistent results. Sometimes the JMC will work. Sometimes it will give me a red permissions error. Anybody else experienced this? Any help?
