Venkat,
For my installation of JRun, I'm using a context called newsletter. It is located at
D:\JRun\servers\default\newsletter. So, my setup information looked like this:

Server: JRun Default Server
Application Name: newsletter
Application Root Directory: D:\JRun\servers\default\newsletter
Application Mapping: /newsletter

This context can be reached through the URL: http://localhost:8000/newsletter . For
what
you are trying to do... If it is important that your JSP directory be located in the
root
folder for apache, then move your "Application Root Directory" to that folder instead
of
"C:\JRun3.0\servers\default\default-app" If the physical location of the folder isn't
as
important to you, then I suggest keeping it in the direcory you had it. Otherwise,
check you
Application mappings. Hope this helps.
