According to your Mappings...
If you go to the URL "http://yourhost:8100/yourpage.jsp"  ...
Jrun will look in the folder "c:\Exchange\meenie\web\root"  ...
for a JSP page called "yourpage.jsp"
if this is what your are attempting to do then great!

if you are trying to access your context with the URL
"http://yourhost:8100/Exchange/yourpage.jsp" ...
then you need to change the "Application Mapping" to "/Exchange"

Just as an aside... The "Application Root Directory:" can be anywhere in your 
filesystem as
long as the folder indicated is where your jsp pages are.
