Venkat, According to your Mappings... If you go to the URL "http://yourhost:8100/yourpage.jsp" ... Jrun will look in the folder "c:\Exchange\meenie\web\root" ... for a JSP page called "yourpage.jsp" if this is what your are attempting to do then great! if you are trying to access your context with the URL "http://yourhost:8100/Exchange/yourpage.jsp" ... then you need to change the "Application Mapping" to "/Exchange" Just as an aside... The "Application Root Directory:" can be anywhere in your filesystem as long as the folder indicated is where your jsp pages are. Hope this helps, Matt Goss Venkat Reddy wrote: > Hi: > is webserver root and the application root should be same?. > Here I am using the context called Exchage > > Server: JRun Default Server > Application Name: Exchange > Application Root Directory: c:\Exchange\meenie\web\root > Application Mapping: / > > in this I hit the jsp page page but if it is saying that JRUN Closed > connection in the browser and > as a prompt window "java process coldn't start" verify your local and global > properties.
