This is a known problem. It only happens with the 1.3 JDK. It works fine
with 1.2. Our bug # for it is 19139 if you need to reference it in the
future.
We are working on providing a fix ASAP.

Hi all,
I installed Jrun 3SP1 on NT4 SP5, and I asked it during installation to be
installed as services.
I am using the IBM 1.3 JRE, IIS4.0.
When I stop the services manually, and start it, then logout from the
machine, JRun services stop. Does anyone know why do they stop once I logout
from the machine?
When I reboot the machine, the services start automatically.
