Are you in the /deploy directory of the new server when you attempt to use
the deploy tool? I believe that's required.
Also, for starters, I would re-check all of the properties files that
control your new server AND your EJBs. There are several settings in several
files, and missing one can obviously cause problems.

If you create a JRun server, and wish to deploy ejb's to it, you have to use
the JMC. You can not use the deploy command line tool.
There is no way to force the command line tool to look in the deploy
directory of another JRun server. (I have tried and tried).
This is the tool that I am referring to: allaire.ejipt.tools.Deploy
