The only way I got it to work the first time was to go thru step, by step
Sample 6b. After that, you should be able to run your own code based on the
section of the documentation listed below.

One other word of wisdom.  The connection to the queue times out.  For
publish/subcribe this is a real issue, especially on the subscriber side.
In my instance I want to create/start subscription listeners on server
startup and have them listen for the life of the server - the basic concept
of a listener!  The only way to come close to this appears to set the
timeout to something very very large.  Far from an ideal solution.
