I'm going to ditto Steve's comment about downloading and just playing
around.
One thing that surprised me about JRUN is how stuff is actually built into
it. For example - sessions. I thought I'd have to write my own session hack,
but sessions work for you right out of the box. As do Application vars (in a
way).
I don't know how best to describe it - I knew Java was powerful, but I
thought that when I moved to JRun I'd be building a lot of crap from the
ground up. This has not been the case. I know I work for Macromedia so my
opinion is probably biased, but so far I have been _darn_ tootin' impressed
w/ the product.
