I have a JRun 3.0 server installed with a web application that is being
placed into production for the first time.
We have received for the first time yesterday, and occasionally today, a
message to the effect that the maximum number of concurrent threads has
been exceeded. Today we noticed that if we refresh the browser (IE 5.0,
F5 to refresh), the home page will properly load.
What could be causing this and how do we respond to this issue?
