Hi Scott,

Thank you for your help.

The serial number is in the file in format you described, except my last
group is 4 characters.

The event log entry is as you say, except it is for Professional rather
than Enterprise.

How can I tell what Service Pack I have installed (looking at Lloyd
Meinholz' message)?

Thanks,
Bob

Most likely your serial number isn't installed properly. Does your
$JRUN_HOME/lib/serial_number.properties have anything in it?

If not, enter your serial number like so and restart JRun:

serial.serial_number=JR300##-####-####-###

You can also use the JMC to enter it if you please.

Also check the event log and see if the key is recognized. You should
see
something like this for the version you have installed:

06/28 10:47:26 info (license) Enabling unlimited concurrency for
Enterprise

If all that checks out, look in the logs for errors and reply back here
or
call tech support.
