Hi Cynthia, That was actually a bug in 3.0.2a - when using IE5.0 and 5.5, and requesting the .doc or .pdf from some place other than the IIS web server root, it fails. If you move the docs to web server root, or use Netscape Navigator, or a different web server than IIS, it works just fine. This was addressed in 3.1. Hope this helps.
