Actually, you can also de-select the use HTTP 1.1 option in IE, and that should work 
as well (Tools->Internet Options->Advanced).  That was another work-around we found.

I bet this only happens in IE, right?  Disabling HTTP keep-alives in IIS
should fix the problem.
