Yes, you are right, they describe the scenario.  It says only accessible
from one IP address.  Does 
that mean ANY one IP address, or just the local host?

Does anyone know why JRun 4.0 developer edition doesn't allow access from
a machine other than the localhost?  In our environment, the developers 
each have a sandbox to play in, but our product line looks at the work we
do on our boxes.  Being forced to purchase a full license for that scenario
doesn't seem reasonable...  JRun 3.X still allowed up to three connections
externally...
