Thanks for the explanations, may I suggest that it could be more explicit on
Macromedia's web site?

Also, regarding forums, I use them and I have reported several bugs to
Macromedia through them in past months, I have been contacted back sometimes
by Macromedia engineers who gave me a bug number in return but they were not
able to answer my request on how I could track the evolving status of my
bug.
Is there a public defect tracking system on Macromedia's web site?
To me, it looks like a black box at least for users who did not pay for
extra support programs.
