This may sound simple, but I would suggest divide and conquer.  
You haven't provided any useful information to comment on, so here are 
some very random thoughts.
Isolate the problem.
Try running just the servlet that crashes.
Create a seperate JRun installation to debug on that has no 
modifications other than service packs.
