After sending this issue,  i saw the issue

and i think it is the same problem. 

Anyway, i am using java 1.4 and the webside mentioned, that JCE is included 
into the download. 
What puzzles me is, that there is some example code of jsch included in 
TM-Terminal, which use the same code 
and works perfect. 

Since there is no documentation and no useful Exception, i have no idea to 
handle this problem.
How can i ensure of accessing JCE on my enironment.
