I'm a no crypto expert, sorry. Therefore, i don't can follow your explanation. 
Anyway, is there a way to configure a different mode?
Is there some sample code, how i can obtain a comand like ssh -i 
<path_to_public_key> <hostname> with jsch

Do you have any idea, why that protocol works with the TM example, but not with 
mine?
