All the top posting here...

The blog post is about `requestAnimationFrame`. I found the code had
problems and posted the following:
[BEGIN]
Your code works in two browsers and modifies the global/window object
by assigning to `requestAnimationFrame`. It';; probably break forwards
compatibility.

What happened to "don't modify objects you don't own?"

Also check out the draft <a href="http://webstuff.nfshost.com/anim-
timing/Overview.html#introduction">"Timing control for script-based
animations"</a>.

Your code uses `Date.now` which is not backwards compatible, either.
Why not just use `+new Date` or `new Date().valueOf()` ?

Elsewhere:
http://paulirish.com/2011/requestanimationframe-for-smart-animating/
"Note: I am using 'requestAnimFrame` here because since the spec is
still in flux, I don't want to make a straight polyfill, yet."
[END]
I posted casually like I'd do with Asen or Kangax or anybody, really.
I linked to relevant docs and blogs. It's the sort of thing that I
shouldn't have to be complaining about on a forum. It's silly, but I
just can stand for this sort of elitism where I'm banned from posting
a purely technical comment on a blog. And again, this is not the first
time it's happened to me.
