what do you mean by "advanced level JS"? I think building applications is the best way to learn javascript, and while you're building these apps, read up on best practices and follow what JS experts recommend (twitter is great for this). I'd also recommend you pick up Javascript: the best parts, it's a great primer on what works in javascript and some basic building blocks of valid, maintainable JS code.
