It only works on audio tracks. Haven't found a way to insert a send directly
on a midi track yet. In order to set a send on a midi track, I have to route
the midi tracks output to an audio track (in the case of inserting soft synths)
and then on the midi out audio track I can then insert the send. Could this be
your problem? Try inserting sends on only audio tracks and let us know how it
turns out.

Try arrowing around to different fields within the track and doing the
control+applications key. I've found that the Sends don't always pop up when
you are focused on cdertain fields, but will pop up when you are focused on
other fields. don't know why. Let me know how that works. I've never been
really certain about why this seems hit and miss, although I only recently
upgraded to Sonar from Music Creator and haven't used the Sends a whole lot.

I get a context menu but I don't get the insurt send like I do when I

hello, I'm in the middle of a project and for some reason the key combo
control plus context key stopped working. I need this because I need to insert
some effect sends. how ever, I can't get it to come back. I've reloaded the
jsonar layout, checked my display settings, made shore I was on the name column
I've even hid some tracks that I wasn't using thinking that maybe the screen
was to full and all of the windows like the synth rack are all closed. Anyone
have any more ideas?
