When I tried it on band 1 it did quite a good job. If that was a starting
point...don't think I want to know the ending point. Taking the source out
is good. Then if there is something left to deal with then drop on the eq.

Well, that's still a good start.  But, removing the source of the 
humb instead would be preferable. Anyway, the frequency values in 
that power tip are correct, 60 and multiples of 60 to catch some of 
the harmonics.
