I had exactly the same prob on WinNT and Sun's JDK 1.1.7; JSP-EA's Readme
states that it is tested there and should run.

But there were no spaces in my paths, none: I originally installed on
e:\java\jsp1.0, after that didn't work, I renamed it to e:\java\jsp10 but
that didn't help; so just to make sure, I also installed to c:\jsp1.0 - also
without any effect. So its not the install path, at least not allone. I then
switched from Sun's JDK1.1.7 to JDK 1.2 and - wow - it finally worked; maybe
this helps in your case too.
