Unfortunately OAS 4.0.8 doesn't support JSP. But It does support Servlets
providing new JServlet cartridge. There is some confusion about Oracle
related terminology. JSP stands for Java Stored Procedures not Java Server
Pages. Oracle promises support for Java Server Pages in the future release
of OAS.
