Lance,

Not sure what that might be, but one thing I know from using previous
versions is that the applet won't run if I have the JSDK classes in my
CLASSPATH, which I want when I'm developing, so I do a little dance and
remove those classes from the CLASSPATH and presto!

Of course that might have absolutely nothing to do with your problem.
