the only problem that i usually put prev, next, home and whatever else
buttons or links to the pages and the stupid users are still pressing the
browser's back and forward button and they complain if they get a message
that the page expired :))

i would like to switch off the button toolbar in every browser, with the
alt-left (-right) keys , that way the navigation is only possible with the
provided links or button, however only the first one is doable afaik, but i
wish i would be wrong
