If I'm paranoid about this issue, I put up a special window with no location bar or
the associated buttons.  But it's really a training issue -- web-based applications
are not the same as web sites.

I haven't looked closely, but doesn't JavaScript let you set up keyboard event
interceptors?  If so, you could probably make the keyboard replacements do what you
want as well.
