There's also a more current list (with reviews) being tested at
http://staging.servlets.com/isps/servlet/ISPViewAll
I suggest you try that first, just don't bookmark the page.
Each ISP has comments regarding support for JSPs and databases.
There's no separate "JSP hosting" list since I figure most everyone
who supports servlets will support JSPs. The only question right now
is which spec version, and that changes day by day.
