Everything I have seen on this are NOT cheap. The cheapest I have seen is
about $30 a month, which isnt bad, but that was also bandwidth limited to
1GB a month, which is VERY easy to surpass with any amount of activity on a
site.
I am surprised more ISPs dont host it. Its a piece of cake to set up JDK
and all compared to a cgi-bin crap that they currently do.
