We would like our users to be able to download an HTML table from our
jsp page and save it as a word document. However, we are having trouble
with formatting. I believe the issue has been raised recently in the
archives, but had trouble finding it.
This is what we do currently:
- button on jsp page that calls another jsp page whose mime type is set
as ms-word
- that pages contains an HTML table, which opens in ms-word
Unfortunately, the formatting becomes an issue.
Any ideas on how to do this cleanly?
