I assume you are using Office 2000 to get support for HTML as a native
format for Word.
In this case download the Microsoft� Office HTML and XML Reference
(ofhtml9.exe) from the msdn site.
This will detail the appropriate markup.
Of course you can always create a document in Word 2000, save as HTML and
compare the resulting
document to what you are generating at the server.
