You should also be aware that the Javascript approach is not full
proof.  The user could easily disable Javascript and use the right
click.  Also there is no way to disable the tools|view source
(although you can make a window that has no menu).  I would say that
if there is something in your html you need to hide, then maybe it
should be stored server-side.
