You have two ways to do this (if you happen to develop with VAJava):
1 - From VAJava Entreprise Edition you can directly deploy your EJBs to
WebSphere (EJB page - Generate Deployed Code)
2 - From WebSphere Advance Edition you can first use the 'jetace' tool (in the
bin directory, start from the command line) to make your EJBs deployable, and
then, from the Admin Console, open your obtained jar file in the
<as_root>/deployableEJBs directory and select your Beans to be deployed
