Hi,
There r many ways ISP's r assigining IP addresses to their clients.
1) These r there local IPs and outer world dont know about them as ISP's
routing table(NAT) is keeping track of it.
2) After every time the conection drops and establishes , IP address
changes.
So no able to access the IP add machine via Internet.
Soln: Ask ur ISP to give u real fixed IP address. It will be urs permanent
IP. So whenever u connects to ISP u will get that IP.
