Well, you need to download the Java Development Kit from Sun's site and
Tomcat (JSP/Servlet engine) from htt://jakarta.apache.com.
You can use NotePad as your editor or you may want to do a search on this
list for some discussions about "JSP editors"

You may want to refer to some tutorials about JSP which you can find in
Sun's site as well.
