Try the following:

- Compile or get a binary of mod_jserv.so
- Put mod_jserv.so in the <APACHE-HOME>/libexec directory
- Include <TOMCAT-HOME>/tomcat-apache.conf at the end of
<APACHE-HOME>/conf/httpd.conf
- Start Tomcat
- Start Apache
