My vendor's name is JRUN. He is now J2EE compliant. Oh yeah the banks want it as well. They are my client.
I noticed that JRUN arrived just before I left but I didn't get a chance to try it out then. I think they were writing the IDE as I was giving them the specification of my requirements last time.
