Let's take an example:
html has an input like:
<input type="text" name="username" size="20"/>
jsp1 would do something like:
Hello, <%= request.getParameter("username")%> How are you today?
...
<p><a href="jsp2.jsp">Passing it to jsp 2</font></a>
jsp2 needs to show username when Passing it to jsp 2 is clicked
jsp2 would have something like this:
Hello, ???????? I got your name from my friend jsp1.jsp How are you today?
I do not know what to put at the place of ?????????
