Sun bought over netbeans (www.netbeans.org) and the licensed version for a
price is Java Forte'.

I use JBuilder now (not free), but the best free IDE I've used is Forte.

See http://wwws.sun.com/software/Developer-products/ffj/index.html

To get the latest version (4.x), you'll have to register (free) for the
Early Access program

Good luck.

I'm looking for a cheap or free HTML & JSP editor that give you both source
code editing and WYSIWYG.
I know there are many available - but I want to know what people are using
and recommend.
