Thanks -- I did note on finally getting around to doing an install
and testing that I accidentally left the one line out of Header.jsp
since I had been using my own template. That line is
<div id="header">
<wiki:Include page="TitleBlock.jsp" />
<div class="applicationlogo" >
...
(the new 'wiki:Include' line is line 12)
I'm guessing (as Dirk mentioned) that I needn't send in a patch for
this.
