Jens,
Tomcat has not been configured/installed properly, it has no permission to
store the file /usr/share/tomcat5/conf/PSA/stormarnwiki.de/JSPWiki.xml.
So JSPWiki is not in the picture at all.
I guess you can't deploy other applications either.
