Hello All,
I have a multipart polygon geometry that is produced from an intersection
or union operation and am finding that the parts of that geometry don't
have the same CCW orientation as the geometries going into the operation.
I guess this is understandable based on information in the FAQ (
http://tsusiatsoftware.net/jts/jts-faq/jts-faq.html#B6) explaining how JTS
is not in agreement with the current OGC Simple Feature spec regarding
exterior rings being in CCW order.
The Geometry#reverse method seems a convenient way to re-orient the rings,
but I don't see anything to test the orientation directly or infer it from
testing interior vs exterior ring.
Am I missing something?
Thanks!
