Nice!  Would be great to get this into JTS.  Although having two different
triangulation implementations might cause a bit of confusion.  It's
interesting that the other one seems so much faster.  I totally agree that
the QuadEdge structure is overkill for triangulations... but I thought it
was still pretty fast, if memory intensive.  But perhaps the CH routine
accesses it in a way that exposes a performance issue.
