Dear Jüngerites: I just noticed that in a previous mailing, when debating a point about lives cut short, I wrote: "When President Clinton went to Dallas on November 22, 1963..." I meant, of course, "When President Kennedy..." Perhaps the slip was a bit of wish fulfillment.
