offline, just overhead and infrastructure. For instance, I'd like to borrow
Tim's Flex CD (if he has one) since mine doesn't include the Flex Builder
application. I find there are loads of silly things like this which are not
reasonable to post to the entire discussion group. I, for one, would continue
to post items which I think might be of interest to the JUG group in general,
recognizing that the group has very diverse interests. So I don't agree that
the ability to interact more directly will fractionate the discussion list.

would be unable to exchange private information (email addresses, phone
numbers, IM handles, etc.) with some one they would like to develop a better
working or personal relationship with.
But, IMHO, I still do not really think it is a good idea.
