Actually, I can do without the massages... 
...but if my poached Salmon is over-cooked, THAT'S when the gloves come off!



Seriously, I see nothing different about SAS's approach to business and competition:  
Each company wants to maximize marketshare, mindshare and profits by using all means 
at their disposal to (a) be superior to their competition or (b) create the appearance 
that they are.  IBM, Microsoft, SAS, Burger King, Allstate... no difference.


What differentiates SAS is that Dr.Goodnight actually recognizes that motivated 
employees are a powerful weapon in a company's arsenal -- not "headcount" -- not 
interchangeable widget-making "resources".


(and, yes, I sound like a PR plant, but after enough M&Ms, Tilapia, and car washes, 
you probably would too)
