E.g. there's a lotta folks with 5+ years of Java now, but AFAICS there's no one with 5+ years of .Net experience.
Though you can't always tell that by looking at job descriptions. I've seen positions within the past few months where they are asking for 4-5 years .NET experience. Hope you were working for Microsoft if you match that.
